I've been finding that I've been getting agitated and irritated more easily, and it's bothering me. I have a master dial lock and I can't get it open, it was originally my mom's but she doesn't remember the code either. I can't even follow the simple instructions on how to figure out the code. it's making me mad, and making me feel like I can't do anything right. I'm just tired of feeling like I can't get simple tasks like this done without getting frustrated because I can't get.

I used to be such a patient person, or at least I think so. Not sure, but as of late I feel as if I've been a lot more irritable and easy to anger. Most of the time I turn it in on myself, but it still sucks and can show to others. I mean, I'm pansexual, and jokingly call myself gay. My sister's called me gay, and told them not to call me that. Had no idea I sounded mad while doing that, until they told me the next day. Stress and anxiety have really been piling up for me and just adding on to it all. Turns out I just wasn't used to people calling me gay, last time that was the case, people bullied me and said I "looked/acted" gay, and it was an insult. Very nice change, but just didn't expect it. As tictacs mentioned, taking it slow and just taking a minute to think about things can help a lot. Breathing techniques help me a lot, as dumb as they may seem, even to me. I've been practicing them for years, and I hate using them, until I use them and they work. I just keep thinking I'm too frustrated/anxious for it to work, but it helps anyway. Oh, also if it makes you feel better I've really been flopping as a baker lately. For for a bakery and I've been dropping donut after donut at work. My coworkers know I'm a good baker, just been a rough few weeks for me, so it's just throwing me off. Hang in there!

Take it slow. It's not a bad thing to take a break if you need to. Focus on taking it slow when you do a task like that and make sure you're able to fully understand what you're doing. If you still get frustrated with it, again, it's not a bad idea to take a breather.
