Need advice on family drama

hi! I just downloaded this lol. it seems like it's good so far. lately I've been feeling crazy. a lot of drama happened with me and my mother. I am bout to have a birthday but I don't feel my age. I don't feel as if it's been this many years. it's driving me crazy. I can no longer see my baby brother and sister now cause my mother doesn't like the person who took me in. she said that they "purposely hurt her" cause my new guardian got the social security from my deceased father. while my mother has had a rough life, that doesn't give her the right to take it out on us. I would love some advice for what to do now. I want my siblings at my upcoming birthday party. but my mother won't allow them there if my new guardian is there. what do I do?
