Pushing myself for small things/goals sometimes it’s just getting myself up and out to get a coffee from a gas station
yeah it's definitely hard for me to get out the house and go for a walk.
I just have to do my best to get out. Try with a close friend or if in a relationship, your significant other. It helps you get more confidence.
