@Blue_Star if it gives you insomnia only take it in the morning and give it 2 full months before giving up but also try a higher dose if necessary.

✋All the time. I get tired really fast. I just try to complete at least one thing each day.

Amantadine for the MS gave me energy back, restless legs are almost gone and tremors improved. I can't take at night or it keeps me up but I can final wash dishes again without sitting down. It's an older Parkinson's drug. Ask your neuro to try it. I only take 100mg in the morning and dose can still be increased.

Yes! I put myself in the mindset of what I call "do yourself a favor for later" mode. I'll convince myself to be productive for my future self. Present me thanks past me a lot.
