I’ve been experience extreme fatigue body aches and random blood sugar dropping. I had gastric bypass in 2020 and I also have diabetes type 2. My A1C dropped to 5.8 with weight loss. My concern is hypoglycemia or something similar. I haven’t been able to pin point a pattern of when it happens. I don’t have dumping syndrome from bypass but monitor what I eat.
