Everything is slowly catching up to me and it's bringing me down. I'm 24 now, but when I was 22 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. It was shocking because I was active and not overweight. My a1c was at 12 and in 8 months I brought it down to 6.1. Last I checked it was 7.3 but I'm working on lowering it again. I'm realizing that I won't always be perfect and it's going to fluctuate. I went to the doctor a week ago and also found out I had really bad PCOS. Everything is just so much right now.
