u definitely could but a lot of conditions have cross symptoms. adhd has a lot of similarities to anxiety like the constant need to bounce a knee or tap. so idk what what ur whole story is and ur symptoms but maybe ask a psychiatrist abt if u have a lot of criss symptoms or are concerned abt needing a new diagnosis
