Does anyone else with endometriosis struggle with terrible GI symptoms? I’ve had endometriosis excision surgery and I still get terrible nausea and constipation alternating with diarrhea. So hard to say what is endo vs what is IBS? My GI doctor seems to think it’s all endo driven… symptoms do seem to worsen when I’m bleeding. Helpful tips?

One user mentioned that they have both endometriosis and IBS, and they struggled with their IBS after endometriosis excision surgery. Some tips provided by others include using heating pads, avoiding inflammatory foods (dairy, red meat, certain grains), drinking warm water or light teas, eating organic fruits and vegetables, and taking fiber supplements. It's important to consult with your doctor for personalized advice and treatment options.
