Looking for advice on bowel endometriosis diagnosis

Hi everyone! I have a few questions that I’m hoping I can get some answers to. I was diagnosed last year and I have had two surgeries so far. I believe I may have endo on my bowels as I have been having a lot of digestive issues and constipation or diarrhea and this is all more recent. If anyone has had similar symptoms and were diagnosed with bowel endometriosis I would really appreciate hearing about and also any advice or next steps on where to go from here. Thanks

I definitely have bowel symptoms that I’m quite sure are from endo. I have very painful bowel movements (rectal pain and pressure) during my period and low back pain (I live on my heating pad some days). I came off the pill a few months ago, and now I’m having some issues with cyclical constipation as well. It’s rough!

I thought the same thing, turns out motility issues are also really common with endo. I have gastroparesis and MCAS affecting my bowels, thankfully no bowel endo. I did previously have rectal endo, that was excised a few years ago now

Did the excision surgery help long term? I’m not sure if I should have surgery - multiple doctors I’ve consulted have said no, that since I’m aiming to get pregnant soon, that I should try to conceive first.
