Does anyone else become a total & $%#@ when they're feeling badly? I can't connect with empathy when I feel bad and end up lashing out on my husband.

Yea I honestly have that same problem I would say like 80% of the time. (well besides the husband part . . . never been married) But in my case it just seems like it depends on who of my family/friends has the unfortunate luck to cross my path at that moment. 😕
