Yes. It's hard. I've also dealt with people who were emotionally available but because of my BPD I felt they weren't and I wanted more from them.

Not an exclusive partner, no. But I am involved with a person of interest who’s a very emotionally unavailable person. It’s really allowing me to see/decide/figure out what I really need from someone if I’m going to take them seriously/trust them with my heart.
