Getting Emotional When Sick: Does It Happen to You?

@beautifulDisasterxo I get it. You probably aren't sleeping very well, which means your emotions are right at the surface and ready to burst. If you can, one thing that I have found over the years that works when you are emotional is to watch a very sad movie and let those emotions flow. Sometimes we just need to let them out to feel better.
