Struggling with Emotional Turmoil After a Family Conflict

Bit of a ⚠️RAMBLE WARNING⚠️ So last Sunday was shit it has caused me to basically go into a depression rut. My stepmom She called me a baby on Sunday for crying over my dog spilling my drink over my nightstand along with my extension cord thingy my smart watch and knocking stuff off cuz my brother brought in a puppy into my room and my dog Mickie got really excited and I was blinded basically by rage so I started freaking out and crying and she yelled at me I said some not nice things it was a shit show at one point I did almost have a panic attack and yeah. Another thing I realized was that she's all about gentle parenting and talking to someone about she didn't do that.
