Hi all, I hope you are all well 🙂 I lack in connecting with my emotions, and now it has cause my marriage to suffer, and my wife has suffered enough, and she wants me to work my emotional healing journey and eventually have some emotional intelligence. I guess it started with when I was a kid, and Mum would always tell me to stop crying when i had a melt down, and I would get a smack if i didn't stop! So I would stop crying instantly. As I progressed my childhood, I hid a lot of my emotions and never showed, and now that I'm an adult, I'm suffering because I can't emotionally connect with my wife.
