Coping with Emotional Challenges in My Health Journey

This is by far my kryptonite. I say this because I am normally emotionless however past few months or since 2018 I've felt every single emotion. I am a empath and medium so it gets difficult to distinguish my true feels from that of others . My best advice is to live the very best way you can..treat people how you would 💬 about treating others. More and more evil people are showing me thier true colors and I'm not a fan of black but it's imperative I live love and show compassion and teach what loyalty and respect means for the people today.

I can relate and knowing there are more people in the world that struggle with emotions not just pain can help and the more vocal you are the better I hope things get better for you soon 😔😌
