Sorry this happened. Transition and big changes are tough. And adjusting to a new life will be difficult at times. But after a few months once you will feel better. And you'll probably be enjoying life more than you did when you were with your wife. If she left you she wasn't happy and it's not fun being with someone that isn't happy. Hang in there!
