well this week has been eventful for my mental health. I had a panic attack and flash backs from really bad experiences so I went to the doctors and she has me on medicine for it and took blood work to see if there is any underlining medical issues that could cause it to be worse. she is also putting in a recommendation for a therapist. so much stuff going on for my mental health its making me go insane but I know once we figure it all out I won't be so bad.
