I have depression, reactive attachment disorder, boarderline personality disorder, anxiety, and autism. i am so tired all the time. i have a 4 year old with autism. i do not have the energy to keep up with him. i feel myself pulling away from my only friend. i don't want to be around anyone. just want to be by myself. i am tired of feeling so miserable all the time. so tired of having no motivation to do anything like clean the house. tired of feeling like every move i make, every word i speak, is exhausting. any advice?

Allow yourself time. If you have an activity that helps you heal emotionally, do that as much as you can this week or month. I know for me personally, the greater the urge I have to pull away from people is the time I need to cling to them the most. Be open with your friend that you are having a hard time and might need them to check in on you or give you encouragement. Having a clean house isn’t everything. Do your best to simply survive this time and when you’re ready you’ll be able to start thriving again (or at least more than survive). My main advice: don’t be afraid to ask for help, take the rest you need, and remember you’re not alone. Sending love and strength to you ❤️

I understand completely... I just try to float when it feels like life is trying to drown me. Stop kicking, stop fighting, just float for awhile. Your only job is to stay alive okay?? You don't need to be great. Just be alive. The storm will pass eventually and you'll be thankful you waited it out. Your baby doesn't deserve to grow up without a mom. He's young right now and won't remember or realize that you haven't cleaned the house. He just knows his mom is alive and takes care of him and he loves her. Okay? You're doing fine, and I promise you're gonna be okay. You are your child's whole world. Don't take his world away. He needs you. Even if you're just there existing for awhile.
