We are working to find the best medication to help manage my depression. In the meantime I'm really struggling. My doctor is trying to figure out if we can get a lock box so that I won't have a way to access my family's medications. What measures have you put in place to protect yourself or your family when things become hard to resist?

My medications aren't even kept at my house. I'm only allowed to keep one week's worth of them. The rest stay locked up by my case manager. She and I meet weekly. I meet with my counselor bi-weekly. I am also working with my psychiatrist to find the right medications for me. I rely a lot on my coping skills. I also like to try to make sure that I am consistently surrounded by someone. 💛 Sending love! 💛
