Struggling with Dissociation and Work

For the last 4 days I havent been able to tell what is real. This usually happens when I dissociate and I can usually recall after a while, but this time is different. I can't remember whether something happened or not. I can't remember if a phone call actually happened or if I'm making it up. It's scary and frustrating. I've already had a hard time at work, but this has made work nearly impossible. I can't use FMLA and three consecutive days of missing work on short notice is grounds for termination. I'm struggling and this stress is just adding on
