I have PTSD because of an abusive EX. It's manageable some days, others It's horrible. Just keep your triggers in mind everyday and try to avoid them if possible.
Me too I have PTSD. Got it from the navy. I was raped, sexually harassed.
It was bad. Then getting out of the navy of course all the symptoms show up. Went to civilian doctor ( don’t trust VA PERIOD) and am on trintellex . Helps with nightmare from my past etc.
