I will recommend you to get assistance from a Mental Health Therapist who specializes in family relationships. It may take time to heal but I can tell you that it will work. I separated 7 years ago and finally got divorced 2 years ago. I still meet with my Therapist once a week or every two weeks. I wish only the best!

I went through a divorce too. Some days are hard. But it's also the best thing that ever happened to me. My life is totally different and I had to let go of everything.
