To pick things up off of the floor I have a grabber. I would think you could get one from Amazon

Could also be low HRV (heart rate variability). When your body is trying to recover from stress or stain it lowers and the best test for HRV aside from a wearable that tells you is the hand grip test. I typically do it in the morning and compare it to my wearable that tell me my HRV. If it’s hard to grip cup of water that tells me I need to rest. If I can grip no problem then my body is ready for more activity. Your symptoms or issue may be something else but this would be the first explanation and easiest to test and track- stress & strain from pervious day and then next morning grip test.
No I haven’t had that problem, my grandma had this problem after she had a stroke. Have you talked to your doctor about this? They can probably asses and treat the issue w/ your hand
