I also have a history of an eating disorder and I’ve finally recovered from the concept that I want to lose weight to be happy but now I’ve been fixated on gaining weight n muscle n if I lose weight due to the adderall I feel as if I’ll get triggered again and go back to my old habits, my body dysmorphia is still very there so idk just another thing I wanted to add

if you’re living with other people, like parents or friends tell them and have them remind you when they’re eating! you can also set reminders on your phone to help you remember meal times or snack times

When I started Adderall I had a bit of weight loss and, what helped me out was focusing on eating foods that i really wanted to eat. Not trying to eat for the sake of it but, getting excited about certain foods and just going for it.

for me I don't want any foods so I just eat at the same times I used to eat no matter what

You're totally valid, I suppose you just need to make sure you eat. My appetite loss didn't last too long once my body got used to being on Adderall (2 months at most) but, in the mean time, take care of yourself. You're doing amazing
