How can you tell if you just have chronic fatigue from your EDS and comorbidities of if you have ME/CFS? the reason I ask is whenever I am fatigued(which is very easily) I get an awful sore throat and flu like symptoms and that sounds like ME from what ive read but idk if it's just EDS and a normal thing to happen
