Do you experience fatigue? How do you treat this?

Yes. I look at it in myself as a secondary symptom of all my conditions, under the umbrella of EDS and it's comorbidities... I deal with it by energy accounting and by adressing the co morbid conditions that I can manage such as dysautonomia and mcas

I have been "tired" for as long as I can remember. I had a boyfriend in high school who said that it was my "default phrase," like if I had nothing else to say, I'd sigh and say "ugh, I'm tired." For me, I'm learning a lot more about what drains me and what gives me energy. Being around some people help, other people make it worse. Going to bed at a reasonable, consistent time seems to be absolutely crucial for me. If I don't get enough sleep, the day is just a wash. Even if I get enough sleep, I struggle with fatigue anyway, just not as bad. I try to make space in the day to rest. Between classes, for example, I try to find somewhere to get away from people and just be. It can be hard to quiet my mind, but those little pockets of time can be a lifesaver
