My dysautonomia specialists currently suspect shy-drager syndrome or early onset Parkinson’s as the cause of my dysautonomia. Has anyone had this experience? What was you diagnostic journey?

Hi there I have early onset Parkinsons disease & hypothyroidism. My Parkinsons was confirmed after my neurologist could see my hand tremor, loss of arm swing & I've lost my sense of smell too? Medication took a while to adjust as I'm also hypothyroid & take Oroxine so the symptoms are similar & it's difficult to work out if it's my Parkinsons disease or hypothyroidism that affect me every day. O just get on with it. I exercise daily, eat a healthy diet & keep a positive mindset. Every day is different & I found keeping things simple & reducing stress helps alot. Best wishes to you 💕
