Struggling with Depression and Vision Impairment

I don't know what to say, I mean, my vision impairment makes my depression worse sometimes, because I realize something that used to be really easy is hard or just not plain possible. I Can't talk my mom or she gets suupper worried and i can't talk to my med doctor without her turning it into some sort of are you doing this for attention or just giving me some random med and then not listening to how it makes me feel the next time I see her. So really I just want someone to actually listen you know, even if you can't make it better, it makes it easier knowing someone is actually listening.
