Does anyone else have a spouse that’s also struggling with their depression at the same time as you are? My husband and I are both going through an extreme low and it’s hard to help each other when this happens. Our relationship is rock solid, we’re just both independently going through it right now and it makes us both sad that we can’t be there for each other as much as we’d like to.
