I’m having a really hard time with the anger that comes from depression. Sometimes i truly just hate the world. The way they treat me and have treated me in the past. Particularly “friends” that were never friends and i realize they just wanted something from me. You start to wonder if meeting good people is actually in your cards and start resenting society a lot. Idk how to explain it. Its more like severe disappointment and pushing society away than anger. Or frustration.
