I've been really bummed out because my first therapy appointment was moved from October 28th to November 22nd. Is there anything someone can do to get re-motivated?

I have the same problem, I go through patches of high motivation to known. However, I have Asperger's so I hyper fixate.
Lately I have been saying outloud “I’m going to do this because I don’t want to” lol to build discipline and to acknowledge how i feel but still knowing i have power over myself. But also being real with myself and not doing crazy big things.
