I have a couple goals that I'd like to be more consistent on, but my motivation is irregular. I know I want to do these things, but not even brute forcing myself gets me in the mood to continue. Now that I'm thinking about it, it'd probably be in my best interest to do a little bit a day. Get my mind & body used to a sort of schedule, even if it isn't much.

I think I’ve gone through this before but I’m not diagnosed with ADHD so I might not provide the support you need. But one of the things that helped me was a therapist, and I ask myself “what do I really really want?”
It truly is incredibly hard! Like, I want to workout, be able to do the splits, learn to speak basic Norwegian, read up on scientific papers... These are All things I desire to do! But, I try & try, feeling nothing but devoid. I keep bulldozing through, hoping eventually I'll feel a hint of satisfaction & motivation... Although, it hasn't seem to come... N' it's like, "How am I supposed to improve my mental status, if what I'd like to be doing feels null?" It's so hard to explain, because it's contrary.
