Dealing with Unpredictable Mood Swings

Yes I take one at night and one during the day but I’m thinking about getting them changed to try and find something better I was on one that I was in before but i stopped bc it made me smell musty and I can’t do that

Are you on medication that can help with these mood swings? I know being on the right medication is a huge help to managing these emotions, I used to have the same problems (still do very occasionally) until I got put on something that kind of works for me
