Having a bad few days with episodes. They have now doubles my Antivert dose. I cannot turn my head, stand up, turn over in bed, shake my head without getting vertigo so bad my eyes visibly jerk. I don’t know what causes the severe episodes. It seems to happen a lot! I have a suspicion it’s from a collapsed cervical level. I’m miserable! Anyone know anything that helps?

Try to lower your stresses or seek professional help
I just was thinking. Years ago I was on antivert and they wanted me to take it daily. I had very bad vertigo etc and one ENT realized that it could be the meds. He changed it to as needed and the vertigo attack became less and less.

I’m always stressed. 2 of my three adult chloride live at home and my 4 yr old grandson.
What about stress?
Yes. I don’t eat extra salt.
Are you watching your salt intake? I know for me, if I overdo the sodium I always pay for it. Have you ever tried the Epley maneuver? Perhaps you are having an episode of BPPV where the crystals are in the wrong ear canals?
