You and I have the same disorder that stimulates from trust. If you don't trust something or someone then the goal is doomed to fail. We're intelligent people who look at the world in a way different lighted spectrum. Where you probably like me have super ideas and they would to great. The procrastination is trust. Who or what can you trust. Then we get wrapped up in our own world that the day flies by like summer time to grade school students that we end up mentally getting tired from our thoughts of processings. The next day we get up everything has been done and then doubt comes into our minds that usually has something to do with trust and with that comes lack of confidence and eventually procrastination. Have we do complete something and it's going well we doubt it will be for long because we're always looking for the other shoe to drop and alls failed. So we end up thinking how to avoid the failure and end up over thinking to the point that by the end of the day we've spun our wheels to procrastination which is also failure of duty and productivity for the day. People like you and I are meant to be chemists. Scientists, people who walk a little but think a bunch. However, idk about you but as for me, no one sent me to Harvard. I earned my way to USC -AKIEN SC then my 1 year owner operator saved up never took home time paychecks I've saved for 1 year only got me 1 quarter at USC AIKEN SC

"Set a timer and start the task, taking a break for 10 minutes every 50 minutes. Break down large tasks into smaller ones that can be completed in under a minute to gain momentum. Set one specific, achievable goal for the day. Make checklists of tasks to feel more accomplished. Remember to take breaks to do something you enjoy so you don't get burnt out. Discipline leads to habits, so try waking up early until it becomes routine. Start small when feeling overwhelmed; doing at least one task will make you feel accomplished, causing you to want to do more."
