the guy I love was explaining to me today that he doesn't want to be in a relationship with me right now because he needs to work on his own mind. he said he doesn't like his mind because he always starts to resent/hate his partners and he felt it happening again with me. Has anyone ever dealt with this before or know someone who has?

      @Sarahjean I wouldn't completely say bpd because with my experience there's those times of extreme idealization and extreme devaluation. Also there is many different symptoms that we can't see from a situation as bpd is at least 5 out of the 9 symptoms as of the DSM-5. Polka, I wish you the best - Stay strong love!
