      @Bruxine thanks for the suggestion. Short answer is yes. Worked with a few people, experimented with restrictions and different diets and found near zero difference in my case. Slightly differing symptoms digestively but no actual improvement in anything.

      I’m sorry you’ve been in chronic pain for so long. My mother and close friends & some of my patients have fibromyalgia. One of my colleagues try to diet where they omitted certain foods like nuts. Have you ever seen a naturopath?

      Do you have fibromyalgia? I'm one of the rare men that have it. Been dealing with chronic pain since 1984. I have found out that my hypothyroidism has caused most of my conditions.

        @WBFroggie yes. Another guy with fibro among a host of things. Pain since ‘84? That’s rough. I’ve had all sorts of intermittent things my whole life including pain but last 5-7 years it has come to take over.
