Dealing with my condition: seeking advice

You posted this in General (without choosing a Condition) so you may not get much response. What condition are you inquiring of?

I think the best I can suggest is just making sure to take time for yourself even though it's hard. Remember it's ok to reach out to people! A few friends you trust is always gonna be better than lots of friends you don't know well.
