So basically I feel like I have another person in my head who I switch to sometimes and I let her take over٫ she has completely separate beliefs anyone know what this might be? if anything

      I would suggest sitting down and having a chat with her abt it. If I were u, I would tell her that u need to talk. And then from there I would tell her exactly what u told her in this post, and tell her that u've had multiple people suggest that u might have it. I know it might be hard to do, but u've got this!

      From what ur saying I think u might have Dissociative identity disorder, also known as DID. DID is a mental health condition. People with DID have two or more separate identities, which could be u and another person/being/whatever u want to call it, or u and multiple different people/beings in ur head. These personalities control their behavior at different times. Each identity has its own personal history, traits, likes and dislikes. I'm not saying that u do have DID, as a stranger on the internet or on an app can't diagnose u, but I do suggest going to see a doctor or therapist to get a clear diagnosis
