So I'm dealing with a lot. Years ago before dystonia diagnosis the primary Dr,mental health, er, everyone didn't help when I took necessary steps in a life threatening situation. A medicine caused hallucinations which caused dystonia to go into life threatening storms. It's a long story and I tried to file grievances years ago but long story short I'm in right I could have died this was 0% my fault ect. The ombudsman agrees and one of the facilities ect but this is alot of stress. It was a very scary situation alot to deal with. I tried to reach out to ombudsman years ago but finally sigh. Bad customer service lol
