My doctor gave me a print out from mayoclinic that helped me find foods I could tolerate better; hope this link works. https://connect.mayoclinic.org/blog/gastroenterology-and-gi-surgery/newsfeed-post/gastroparesis-diet-guidelines-1/ But also anxiety can make it worse so I know it's hard but you might want to find something to do or do some deep breathing/stuff that relaxes you to help while you wait on the news. 🧘
