The thing that struck me about your message was the word "again." I'm reminded of that Maya Angelou quote, "When people show you who they are, believe them the first time." The second quote that I can think is relevant is the saying of Dr. Phil's, "The biggest predictor of future behavior is relevant past behavior."

You gotta have a serious conversation with her and hopefully have the situation sorted out for your kids. At this rate either make peace with being cheated on now and in the future or work something out with her in terms of custody, visitation, etc. This point in the ballgame think about them before anything else, in my opinion
