Dealing with Impulsive Behavior and Alter Personalities

Where does impulsive behavior stem from and how to control it or distract myself in the given moment when a part of me wants to be uncalled for. It's been really getting to me since my alters wanna have more control in helping me get through my days but 1-2 come outta nowhere and like to cause destruction and sometimes I'll black out and what do ya know, they like drama for no reason and most of the time I cant even remember what happened. I'll only sometimes feel horrible cuz idk what happened or what was said but ik its not good afterwards cuz it leaves us questioning and a whole buncha emotions.
