I don't know how I can help this, and therapy hasn't helped, I can work at a new job fine, before I fall into impostersyndrome, and then I feel like I do really make a lot of mistake and then keep calling in sick and become agoraphobic and panic, how can I fix this? I've had too many jobs to keep doing this. (even thinking about working sends me into a panic attack)

Don’t stop keep going that’s the only way to fix it ..the more you sit and dwell on it the more you’ll suffer …prayers for you

Ah I'm sorry you're going through this. I feel the exact same and I'm resigning from my job in the next few days, currently on sick leave. I don't know what the answer is, but I'm right here with you 💕

@XXPrettyHalestormXX I think just knowing someone else has the same struggle can help a little

@AnxiousAl believe me, I've tried and it starts to make me physically sick.

One suggestion from the provided context is to practice breathing exercises to help manage anxiety and panic attacks. Planning your day ahead and writing down what you want to say or ask can also be helpful. Remember that it's okay to take a breather when needed, and try to push through the anxiety, as you may find yourself stronger than you think.
