I'm starting my first job since agoraphobia kicked in and I was forced to quit my last one. I am super worried about having panic attacks and having to quit... any advice?

If your not ready to start work don't push yourself take care of your mental health first. Ask Dr for some meds might help being around others as for me nothing seems to be working. I don't work I was forced to resign from my lastest job. I be been on disability since 2014. I'm making sure I'm 100% well before going back into the work force. I have a supportive boyfriend who takes me everywhere and comes with me to run my errands.

I was very upfront with my job about my agoraphobia. While I can't work from home my job does have a safe room where they said I could turn into an office which is at least out of the public eye. I always have my husband drop me off and pick me up so I'm not entering or exiting by myself. I'm also exempt from the point system at work. Work is really the only time I leave the house so as long as I can take the exact way there and back everyday I've been able to go to work fairly regularly!
Best bet is talk to a doctor about obtaining anxiety meds. It helps me sometimes. Not all.
