One way to deal with guilt is by acknowledging the things you've done and actively working on improving yourself. Let the people around you know that it wasn't your intention to hurt them and take accountability. Re-building trust is important. You can also try explaining what you're going through, how you react and process information, and let them know you are taking accountability for your actions and are working to better yourself actively. It's also suggested to step up & take responsibility for what you did, even if it's uncomfortable & due to your disorder.
