One suggestion is to set a morning routine, as this has helped some people with severe oversleeping problems. Additionally, treatment for trouble falling asleep could be beneficial if that's a symptom you're experiencing. If you snore or wake up a lot, it might be worth considering a sleep apnea test. Some have also found that getting less sleep can actually give them more energy than when they get more sleep. For example, being productive after nights of about 4-6 hours rather than 11-12.
