Some people have found that adjusting their sleep schedule and going to bed earlier for a month or two can help manage the crash. Keeping busy with something as the meds wear off, especially if it's something you're passionate about or exciting, can also help stay awake. Additionally, some people have tried taking their medication later in the day so they don't feel the crash until they're in bed. It might be worth experimenting with the time you take your medication to see what happens when it wears off.
