I’m currently on concerta and I’m noticing the crash hits me 4-5 hours after I take it even though it’s supposed to last 12 hrs. Does this happen to anyone else? When I say crash I mean so tired I am nonfunctional. Also this med makes me ravenous which is uncomfortable most of the day
