I have lots of chronic pain and haven't had much treatment so things are really stressful for me. my romantic partner had been accepting (we started dating after a bit with my symptoms affected me) but not really understanding. we broke up recently because I felt like my issues weren't really being recognized and it was too toxic for me to heal. sometimes I feel like it's my fault for being sick and if I could just be Normal I would be worth dating. ....advice?
